A.Quick Income Generating Trainings
Acwa Güç Elektrik İşletme ve Yönetim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş believes in the significance of vocational training within the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Within this framework, it has established a furniture production and upholstering workshop under Yahşihan Adult Education Directorate for those individuals who would like to acquire vocational skills. Under the scope of this course, participants learn about all stages of furniture production from end to end with an expert trainer and support is provided for the creation of a trained and qualified workforce for the furniture industry which is of utmost importance for regional employment.
The first term of the training was completed with success and participants were issued with their certificates. Enrollment is still open for the second stage of the course.
B.Greenhouse Farming Trainings
Participants of applied training organized at the greenhouse built under the scope of the "Greenhouse Vegetable Cultivation" training carried out with the collaboration of Yahşihan Public Education Center have been provided with technical consultant support within the framework of the training sessions in order to promote agricultural development.
C.Beekeeping Trainings
For many participants were enrolled in the training sessions organized over two terms by Yahşihan Adult Education Center, where the techniques for modern and organic beekeeping were discussed and they have been issued with their certificates for participation. These training programs contribute significantly to obtaining superior quality products with high added value.
D.Heating System Operator Trainings
First term participants of the training program entitled "Operating Radiators with Solid, Liquid and Gas Fuel" and organized with the collaboration of Acwa Güç Elektrik İşletme ve Yönetim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Yahşihan Adult Education Center were entitled to their certificates for participation. The participants have been employed at various public and private institutions with the certificates they have been issued.
E.Child Care & Growth Training
The objective of Child Care and Growth Training program is to train babysitters and carers who are able to take care of a child aged between 0-5, feed the child in a healthy way, observe its development stages, characteristics and childhood diseases and communicate with the child in the right manner.
The objective of this course is to raise awareness of families with regards to child care and development while creating trained human resources for the profession of child care.
F.Hairdresser Workshop
Tamamı usta öğretici sertifikasına sahip eğitmenlerce verilmekte olan Kuaförlük Atölyesi kursu, kuaförlük mesleğini icra etmek isteyen katılımcılar için çok kapsamlı teorik-uygulamalı eğitim imkanı tanımaktadır.
Eğitimin ilk dönemi tamamlanmış ve ilk kursiyerlerimiz sertifika almaya hak kazanmıştır. Açılacak yeni kurs dönemlerinde eğitimler verilmeye devam edecektir.
Meslek edindirme kursları Kırıkkale İşkur Müdürlüğü, Yahşihan Halk Eğitim Müdürlüğü ve Acwa Güç işbirliği ile düzenlenmektedir.
A.Livestock Farming Development and Support Program
Within the scope of "Livestock Farming, Development and Support Program" carried out with the coordination of Yahşihan District Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and in order to increase the technical capacity, a mobile ultrasound device was purchased and donated to the institution. Ultrasound inspections ensure that the controls conducted prior to slaughtering as well as general health scans are carried out efficiently both in Yahsihan and other districts.
B.Technical Trips to Farm Exhibitions for Agricultural Capacity Development
In order to increase the technical capacities of the farmers conducting business at the district of Yahşihan within the province of Kırıkkale, travel sponsorship is being provided for the fairs and promotional activities organized in the surrounding areas and nearby locations. Under the scope of these activities, several farmers were able to participate in Konya Agriculture and Animal Breeding Fair and in the technical visits organized to the exemplary agricultural and animal breeding enterprises conducting business in Elmadağ.
C.Traffic Education Track for Primary School in Yahsihan
In order to raise awareness on traffic issues among primary school children enrolled at the schools within the district of Yahşihan, Kırıkkale and to ensure that they learn traffic rules at an early age in practice and accurately, a traffic training track has been set up where they can apply existing signs-markers and rules in traffic with battery-powered cars. The training track, which is an exemplary and rare application has been appreciated both by regional educational institutions and parents.
D.Building Reading and Chess Classrooms
As a present for our children who are our future generations, reading and chess classrooms were set up in two different schools.
A.Social Aids
The households who were in need were determined with the collaboration of Yahşihan District Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation and they were visited one by one to give the food package aids.
B.Winter Clothings for Kids
Winter clothings has been provided for the kids of the needy families' in Kırıkkale Yahşihan
C.Battery Powered Wheelchair Donation
Battery powered disabled wheelchairs were provided for the households determined to be in need with the collaboration of Yahşihan District Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation.
D.Entertainment Activities for Pediatry Clinic Inpatient Kids
In order to support the treatment processes of childrens hospitalized at Pediatric Clinic in Kırıkkale University Hospital and to increase their motivation, various entertainment activities were organized and visits have been made.
